Ginger Chicken

Recipe of the Black Countess of the Ginger ChickenIngredients2 chickenzenzero breasts (root or powder) breadcrumbs to bread5 tablespoons of olive oil2 egg flour to bread1 glass of white wine1 balsamic lemoneaceto1 chopped fresh thyme1 chopped marjoram oil for frying salt, pepper PreparationCut the chicken into cubes. Make the marinade (preferably the night before) with the squeezed lemon, white wine, a nice sprinkling of ginger, chopped thyme and marjoram, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chicken and put it in the fridge. Make a classic breadcrumb with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and bread the drained chicken. Fry the chicken cubes in plenty of oil and dry them on absorbent paper, then place them on a tray. Meanwhile, in a mixer, blend 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and ginger. Serve the chicken with this sauce.
