Recipe of the Black Countess Ray of Oranges Ingredients for the dough500 g potato starch400 g sugar200 g butter100 g flour4 eggs2 spoonfuls of milk1 sachet of vanilla yeast to stuff400 g cream60 g icing sugar1/2 glass of curative liqueur1 orange 5 oranges to decorate hazelnuts to decorateIn preparation of a bowl knead long butter softened and cut into pieces with sugar, eggs and milk. Sift the potato starch mixed with the flour and yeast, mix everything gently until you get a soft and fluffy mixture. Pour it into a buttered and floured mould and place in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes. Let the cake cool down, cut it horizontally and sprinkle the two parts with the liqueur. Whip the cream with the icing sugar, and distribute 1/3 on the first disc. Peel the orange and, after cutting it into thin slices, place them on the cream covering the cake. With the remaining cream, cover the entire cake and decorate it with the peeled orange slices and hazelnuts. Follow your fantasy. |
