Contessa Nera recipe - Salmon and cream feathersIngredients: 4 people - feathers 350 g, - smoked salmon 150 g, cream 150 g, - a knob of butter, - salt, - fresh parsley, - cherry tomato sauce Procedure: In a saucepan bring to the boil the cooking water of the pasta, salt and throw the feathers. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the salmon for a few minutes with a pinch of salt. When the salmon is golden add a tablespoon of cherry tomato sauce, cream, parsley and turn off the heat under the pan. When the pens are cooked, drain them and toss them in the pan with the sauce and stir-fry for a few seconds. |
