Recipe from the Black Countess Apricots in foil Ingredients12 apricots12 sugary lumps of bitter liqueur6 amaretti PreparationSeparate the apricots in half and remove the stone. Wet the sugar lumps in the liqueur and put one inside each apricot, reassembling the fruits. 12 squares of aluminum paper of about 20 cm side, then crumble the macaroons and distribute them on the squares of aluminum.
